“We are a large, nonprofit legal service provider with diverse data tracking needs for our various programs and grants.  We recently worked with Cerenade to request customization to the eIMMIGRATION Time Keeper feature to allow our staff to “Create Time Entries” in order to log work performed off-site or earlier in the day, in addition to creating real-time time entries through the “Timed Entry” stopwatch feature.  This additional feature provides our staff with the flexibility we need to manage time logging and reporting.  The Cerenade team listened to our needs and acted quickly to develop the requested feature and instruct us on how to use it.  We are grateful for Cerenade’s partnership in customizing our case management system to best meet our organizational needs.”
