Loan Management

This includes the Management of Employee Loans, from application to approval or rejection stage. It also provides simple reports allowing you to View Loans By Category (approved, rejected, applied, and fully paid loans). This functionality also allows users to create different Loan Groups, Associate Loan Group to an interest type example (interest-free loans, interest loans, etc..). It also allows the specification of an interest rate for a particular loan if applicable. Users can View Loan Details, including Interest Type and Interest Rate, when applying for a loan. Admin and Staff can also track their loans and monthly deductions without HR personnel to assist.

Employee Loan Application & Approval Process

Employees can use the system to apply for loans, and HR or any other admin who is given approval rights can either approve or reject loan applications made by an employee.

This module includes Payroll Generation, Payroll History Reports, and Print Payroll which can be filtered by department or by Staff. Employees can also log in, view their payroll history, and print them if the employer permits them to.

Our CRM module includes Customer Management, Product Category Management, Products Management, Invoice Management, and Payment Vouchers. It allows institutions to keep track of All Invoices and their status (including paid and unpaid invoices). It also has a Receipt Printing functionality for invoices to keep track of invoice amounts paid and balances.

Includes the Management of Incoming Mails or letters, to scan, copy or delegate to any user of the system and accommodate the processes of the organization.

Includes the ability to scan and organize documents for archiving and storage purposes. Security permission can be given to users who need access to the documents and only users with permission can access the archived document.

Document Review & Approval

Documents can be uploaded for Review and Approval, and you can designate/give access to the users to review and approve a particular document. Only those users with permission can review and approve documents.
