THE CASEWORKER CANNOT LOGIN TO THE APPLICATION

ERROR: The Caseworker gets the below error message when attempting to log into the application.

PROBLEM: The user name and/or password were not entered correctly.

SOLUTION(S):

  • Verify the user name and/or password was entered correctly.

  • Verify you are using your organization's URL

Attorney forgot user name/password.

  • At the login page of your site, click on either of the links shown below to have your user name emailed to you, or password reset and emailed to you.

PROBLEM: The URL displayed in the address bar of your browser is not your organization's URL.

SOLUTION: Verify in the address bar of your browser that you are using your organization's URL.

PROBLEM: Account is disabled because payment has not been applied.

SOLUTION:

  • Payment has not been applied, to make payment contact your sales representative at 1-800-617-4202.

  • You have reached the maximum amount of active users. If you want to purchase an additional license

    please contact your sales representative at 1-800-617-4202.
