Cerenade E-Forms Solutions with Laserfiche Connectivity

 Fill, Annotate, Sign, email and Save Cerenade E-Forms to your hard disk or to Laserfiche.
Clients have a choice of desktop filler or web filler.

Cerenade offers three (3) products for its seamless integration with Laserfiche:

  1. Cerenade Enterprise Server is a web application for publishing Cerenade E-Forms to the web.
    Cerenade Enterprise Server is fully integrated with Laserfiche.  Users can open, complete, sign, route and save the form.  Once ready to submit the form to Laserfiche user clicks the "Submit" button and the form and data is saved to the Laserfiche on the server.  The entire process is web-based and there are no installations on the client PC - no files of any kind will be installed. 
    Enterprise Server supports Windows, Mac and iPad.

  2. Cerenade Filler is a Windows desktop filler application that provides users with the ability to Fill, Save, Print, Spell-check, Annotate, email, Submit and Save to Laserfiche. Cerenade Filler runs on-line as well as off-line. The “Save to Laserfiche” option saves the form to the Laserfiche.

  3. Cerenade Designer is a Windows desktop, GUI application used to create and maintain Cerenade E-Forms.

E-Forms Connectivity with Laserfiche

In order to properly archive a Cerenade E-Form to Laserfiche the following three steps need to be taken when designing a Cerenade E-Form:

1. Tag those fields on the form that are to be stored in the Laserfiche Template.

2. Select the Archive Format. You have a choice of PDF, TIFF (at different resolutions) and FAR (Cerenade E-Form).

3. Set the name of the Laserfiche Template.
