Phillip Yadidian, President and Co-Founder
After graduating from UCLA in 1984, Phillip started his career with Teradyne Corporation where he was responsible for the design and implementation of the operating environment for Teradyne's VLSI test systems on top of Sun's Solaris. His software engineering career continued at Locus Corporation, where he participated in the development of the AIX operating system in addition to spearheading an automated approach to internationalization of AIX. Phillip also possesses extensive networking expertise, with several years of experience in the area of UNIX Operating Systems. He began his research of Interactive Multimedia and Office Automation technology in 1986, with the focus on building a company specializing in developing business applications. In 1992, Phillip partnered with Behdad Payami and launched Cerenade. Phillip's extensive background in graphics and computing is the foundation of Cerenade. Currently, Mr. Yadidian is serving as President for Cerenade as it moves forward as a leader in Integrated Forms Management solutions.

Behdad Payami, VP Sales & Marketing and Co-Founder
Behdad Payami, co-founder of Cerenade, is a software engineer with an extensive programming and development background. Behdad was one of the key architects and developers of the Chicago Board of Options trading system while at Quotron Systems, Inc. He also gained significant IT experience at Digital Equipment Corporation, Data Management Associates, and Locus Computing Corporation. Behdad co-founded Cerenade in 1992 and has since been instrumental in the development of a host of ground breaking electronic forms products. Today, with over 20 years experience in the IT sector and over 10 years dedicated to the electronic forms industry, Behdad manages the sales and marketing efforts at Cerenade. He has been instrumental in the development of sales and marketing programs that are designed to meet the needs of Cerenade's customers in a variety of different industries. Behdad has also been instrumental in the development of VAR channel and partner programs for the Legal and the enterprise products. Recently, Behdad led the marketing and public relations strategies for Cerenade.
