Cerenade's Visual eForms Enterprise Server is providing the ONR's customers with a user friendly interface with an administrative console that controls forms for public and private use and allows administrators to track form transactions and form routing, as well as providing an audit trail feature. Cerenade's solutions include:
The US Department of Energy (DOE) is using Cerenade's solutions to convert pre-existing forms that were non-compatible within the agency and inaccessible via the Web to a fully integrated, Internet-accessible forms solution. Cerenade enables the DOE to centrally distribute forms, make fixes and updates, and maintain better version control. The Ventura County Courts wanted a system that provided judicial council forms for internal and external use over the Internet, providing all users easy access to forms. They also wanted to meet government regulations for paperless forms and comply with section 508 regulations. Integrated within the Ventura County Court's Website, Cerenade's solution provides a system in which external customers and internal users can access, fill out, and print all forms. The solution also allows for additional upgrades that can facilitate e-filing and archiving to a central database. About Cerenade
