History of Cerenade Founded in 1992, Cerenade launched a line of products for processing and managing electronic forms in the legal market. Upon the successful development of these products, Cerenade's founders recognized the inherent limitations to using a commercial forms engine. To overcome this obstacle, the decision was made to develop an in-house electronic forms engine that provided more flexibility and ease of use utilizing a component-based, open architecture with support for industry standards. Cerenade was first to market with its component-based forms engine, Visual eForms, providing a powerful platform for creating web-enabled and desktop forms applications. Several additional products have been successfully launched since the inception of the forms engine, including conversion, designer and filler components, as well as a comprehensive print management solution. With the initial development of its Enterprise Server, along with a complementary product line and the most reliable and fast conversion capabilities in the market, Cerenade has moved ahead of the competition with its state-of-the-art Integrated Forms Management technology.
