EILA, Esq. (Electronic Immigration Lawyer Assistant)
Now law offices and corporate users can prepare immigration forms quickly
and easily with Cerenade's EILA, Esq. Containing over 240 of the most
commonly used immigration forms, users can access, fill out, save, print,
or email forms. With an easy way to organize, maintain, and
access forms, legal practitioners can eliminate the need to maintain
a sea of paperwork that can easily be misplaced or organized incorrectly.
Also included are several key features that provide a new standard of
performance in electronic immigration preparation and filing for both
immigration and non-immigration attorneys.

EIMMIGRATION Offers:
Security: EIMMIGRATION provides attorneys with a secure
and intuitive environment for managing and accessing immigration cases and
preparing and filling immigration forms across the Web. The entire application runs on
the server eliminating the need for a client software.
Collaboration: EIMMIGRATION allows attorneys to save
forms within a case, add and share information with authorized users, and
edit or print forms as needed.
Client Data Entry: EIMMIGRATION allows attorneys to
email questionnaire or forms to a client. Client can fill out the
form, and submit it back to the attorney. Attorney can review and
accept the data to automatically populate case(s).
Questionnaire: Clients can
complete custom questionnaires and submit them to your office. Once
reviewed and accepted, EIMMIGRATION can automatically create client and
case records based on data gathered in the questionnaire.
Calendar: Manage and track appointments,
meetings and events via the Calendar feature of EIMMIGRATION.
Calendar can export to Outlook too.
eFiling: Automatically efile your completed
forms with Dept. of Labor and Dept. of State.
Legal Forms: EIMMIGRATION provides over 280 of the most
commonly used immigration forms, contact manger, case manager, reminder,
forms manager, report generation, access manager, security, Internet and
Intranet access and more.
Client Access: EIMMIGRATION Users can access the application
from any PC anywhere so long as the law firm's system administrator provides
them with the proper entitlements.
Zero Administration: EIMMIGRATION
does not require any software to be installed on to the user's PC.
The server application will automatically update user's PC with the latest
copy of the application as they visit the web-site.

Runs on your Server: EIMMIGRATION is developed
in ASP, runs on Microsoft IIS web server and requires SQL Server database.
EIMMIGRATION is available in
TWO subscription plans: ENTERPRISE, and PER MONTH:
ENTERPRISE Edition provides access to users across the LAN, WAN, as
well as the
Web.
ENTERPRISE edition is hosted by the law firm,
as such the application and the database remain with the law firm and
under their control.
PER MONTH
provides the same functionality and features that the Enterprise Edition
provides.
You will pay a monthly fee for each named attorney or paralegal. There is no limit on the number of
cases you can create.
You need not bother
with the purchase, installation and maintenance of any hardware or
software. All you need is a PC and Internet Explorer.
