Browser Security Settings for Export to Excel

Your Internet Explorer browser's security settings should be configured properly in order for "Export to Excel" feature of Reports can become active. The security settings to configure are:

• Do not save encrypted pages to disk

Please continue with the following step-by-step instructions to properly configure these Security Settings:

1) Open Internet Explorer

2) Select Tools from the Menu Bar

3) Click on "Internet Options"

4) Move to the "Advanced" tab

5) Click to check "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" option

6) Click the "OK" button to save your changes.
