Can You Import my Existing Data from another Program?

We can only import data from EILA to EIMMIGRATION with a great degree of confidence.  As for importing data from other solutions to EIMMIGRATION, we can probably do just as good of a job as our competitors can.  That is to say, at best, we would be able to import client, attorney, employer data.  Most of the data from your forms will not transfer over.

Users of immigration programs, other than EILA, will choose a migration path to EIMMIGRATION.  Migration involves moving client data from the old application to EIMMIGRATION, manage and maintain, until closure, old cases through your old software and prepare and manage new cases through EIMMIGRATION. 

Migration is not a practice that is exclusive to EIMMIGRATION. In fact, those who have moved from one solution to another agree that migration is the right approach.  It is the only approach.  Again, this does not apply to EILA users.
