Why Don't I Receive Email Messages From Cerenade?

 

We regularly notify our clients of new updates to our legal products by automatically sending them email messages.

 

There are many reasons why you could miss email messages from Cerenade. They are:

 

1) Your email address is not correct in Cerenade's CRM system.  Please send us the address where you would like to receive emails from Cerenade, and please update us as often as your email address changes.

 

2) Cerenade emails end up in your JUNK or SPAM folder.  You need to flag emails from "Cerenade.com" as friendly so they do not end up in your JUNK or SPAM folder.  Please consult your IT on how to do this as Cerenade staff is not trained to help with your email program.

 

3) Cerenade emails are caught and disinfected by your Anti-Virus program.  Please check your Anti-Virus program and configure it to allow emails from "cerenade.com".
